A combination of Lion’s Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, and Maitake using 4:1 extracts.
Clearly Mushroom Mix combines five mushrooms in one capsule: Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, Chaga, Reishi and Maitake, each as a 4:1 extract. 1,000 mg of mushroom extracts per serving of two capsules, 60 capsules per pouch.
200 mg of each extract: Lion’s Mane dual extract (≥25% beta-glucans, ≥1% triterpenoid saponins), Cordyceps sinensis extract (≥15% mannitol, ≥0.30% adenosine), chaga dual extract (≥5% glucans, ≥0.25% betulin), reishi dual extract (38% beta-glucans, ≥1.5% triterpenes) and maitake extract (≥25% beta-glucans). The capsule is hypromellose (plant-based), with cellulose as filler.
Each mushroom has its own profile of compounds: beta-glucans and other polysaccharides, triterpenes, mannitol, adenosine, betulin. The mix gives you a little of each in one serving instead of five separate pouches. Lion’s Mane, chaga and reishi are dual extracts (water and alcohol); cordyceps and maitake are water extracts, because their compounds are water-soluble.
The extracts are concentrated 4:1: four kilos of mushroom go into one kilo of extract. The wood-grown mushrooms are made from the fruiting body, not from mycelium grown on grain. No carriers, colours or artificial additives.
1 to 2 capsules a day with a glass of water, preferably with a meal: part of the compounds are fat-soluble.
Five ingredients: 200 mg each of Lion’s Mane, cordyceps, chaga, reishi and maitake 4:1 extract per two capsules, in a plant-based capsule (hypromellose) with cellulose as filler. Nothing else: no carriers, colours or artificial additives. Every batch is lab-tested in Europe. Formulated and produced in the Netherlands.
Take 1 to 2 capsules a day with a glass of water, preferably during or after a meal. One pouch holds 60 capsules. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage; a food supplement is no substitute for a varied, balanced diet.

Lion’s Mane has unique, white, long spines that resemble a lion’s mane. This special mushroom grows in the forests of North America, Europe, and Asia, often on hardwood.
Cordyceps sinensis is a mushroom with a long tradition in Asia.
Chaga primarily grows on birch trees in cold climates, where it absorbs the tree’s nutrients.
Reishi primarily grows on hardwood trees in warm, humid climates such as in Asia.
Maitake, often referred to as the ‘dancing mushroom’, typically grows in clusters at the base of deciduous trees within temperate forests.
Amounts per serving (2 capsules), as on the label: 200 mg of each 4:1 extract, 1,000 mg in all. The label gives no amounts for the capsule and the filler, cellulose.

What we all think of as a mushroom is technically called a “fruiting body”. Similar to plants, mushrooms also have an intricate root system known as “mycelium”. You can kind of think of it like the difference between an apple (fruiting body) and an apple tree (mycelium).
The fruiting body is the part that holds the compounds these mushrooms are known for: beta-glucans, triterpenes and the rest.
Many of the mushroom supplements on the market are made of something called “mycelium on grain”, which is just mushroom mycelium that has been grown out on a grain like rice or oats. It’s cheaper and faster to grow but the end result is a product that is mostly grain starch, which holds hardly any of the mushroom's compounds.
We believe in mushrooms that are actually made from mushrooms. That’s why we make our extracts from whole mushroom fruiting body, without the use of grain based fillers.
Dual extraction is a method to get as much as possible of a mushroom's compounds into the extract. It involves two steps: an alcohol extraction and a water extraction.
Mushrooms hold two main groups of compounds: triterpenoids and polysaccharides. Triterpenoids, such as the ganoderic acids in reishi or betulinic acid in chaga, dissolve in alcohol, so the mushrooms are soaked in alcohol (ethanol) for several weeks. Polysaccharides such as beta-glucans dissolve in water, so the mushrooms are also simmered in water for a few hours.
After both extractions the solutions are combined, filtered and evaporated into a powder that holds both the alcohol-soluble and the water-soluble compounds.
Growing mushrooms on wood instead of oats or another grain substrate makes a difference in what ends up in the extract and in how it is grown:
1. Natural habitat: many of these mushrooms, reishi and maitake among them, grow on hardwood in the wild. Wood replicates that environment, so the mushroom's profile of compounds stays closer to its wild counterpart.
2. Compounds: mushrooms grown on wood can hold more beta-glucans and triterpenes, because they break down the complex compounds in wood as they grow.
3. Sustainability: logs and wood chips can come from local tree thinning or sustainable forestry; grain substrates come from large-scale agriculture.
4. Fewer contaminants: wood sourced without chemicals leaves fewer residues in the mushroom than grain treated with pesticides.
Beta-glucans are a specific type of polysaccharide, the group of compounds these mushrooms are standardised on.
Many products show their "polysaccharides" content, but that says little on its own: a product can hold 30% polysaccharides of which only 5% are beta-glucans. What matters is the beta-glucan percentage itself, which is why we state it per mushroom.
Our extracts are made from the fruiting body and standardised on their beta-glucans, as the label states.
We believe health starts with simple daily habits and our products are made to support that. If in doubt, follow the recommended use on the label, the product page, or feel free to ask us.
Most of our products can be used together. If you’re not sure what works well for you, feel free to reach out to our team. We’re happy to help.
Final production always takes place in the Netherlands, so we stay in full control of quality and safety. We source our ingredients directly from the origin, always from specialists who are best at what they do.
For every ingredient, there’s someone in the world who does it better than anyone else, and that’s who we work with. No middlemen. Only trusted suppliers who meet the strictest European standards.
At Clearly, our mission is simple: to keep searching for the #1, and make it available to you.
Because it’s clearly the inside that counts.
No flashy design or misleading labels, just a transparent pouch, so you can see exactly what’s inside. Too often, we buy things because they look or sound good… but inside? Sugar, fillers, or low-quality ingredients.
At Clearly, we do it Clearly: only #1 ingredients you can trust, and a fully transparent formula.
We use mono-material, one single type of plastic, which makes the pouch 100% recyclable. Unlike most packaging that mixes paper and plastic and can’t be properly recycled.
When it comes to health, the inside matters most. That’s Clearly.
Yes. Every ingredient is lab-tested for heavy metals, microbiology, and other potential contaminants.
We only use clean, traceable raw materials from trusted suppliers who meet the highest European safety standards.
If it’s not safe, tested, and the best, it’s not Clearly. We don’t go for "good enough", we go for #1 quality.
We use our own products daily. And just like you, we only want the best. Because if your health is #1, what you take should be too.
If you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend checking with your doctor before taking any supplement. During this time, both your health and your baby’s health are clearly #1.
